Sales Policy

PHONE ORDERS:
We are available for technical assistance and ordering by phone from 8:30am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.  Call us at 1-800-521-0628

ORDER BY MAIL:
Either fill out one of our order forms, or send us a note with your information and the parts you would like to order.  Then either enclose your payment, give us your bankcard information, or tell us you want your order sent C.O.D. along with Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.

24-HOUR FAX ORDERING:
If you would like to place an order or request information by fax, just dial (586) 778-2630 to fax your information to us.  Be sure to include your Name, Address and Phone Number or Fax Number so we can contact your if we have any questions about your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

A. CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  All we need is your account number, expiration date, Credit Card ID# (last 3 from the reverse side of the card, 4 digits on the front of American Express) the name that appears on the card matching billing address and phone numbers for the card holder.

B. C.O.D.
All C.O.D.'s must be collected in certified check or money order.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipping within two days of ordering via UPS. Custom housings and complete axle assemblies will be shipped upon completion by truck.  If you call us before 3:00pm EST, we can ship all in stock items the same day.

We normally ship orders via UPS ground truck.  Time in transit is 1-7 days depending on your location.  If you need your items rushed, we will be glad to ship  your order either overnight, 2-day, or 3-day UPS.  We can also accommodate most methods of overseas shipping.  Call for more details.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM:
If  you receive your order and have a defective or incorrect part, please contact our sales department BEFORE returning any merchandise.  You will be given a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) which MUST appear on the outside of the shipping container in large legible letters.  This helps our receiving department process your return without delays.  All packages without an RGA# on the outside will be refused at the door.  The shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid.  We do not accept any C.O.D.'s. After we inspect the parts, you will be reimbursed for the ground shipping charges if the fault is with DTS.  If it is determined that DTS is not at fault, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

WARRANTY
DTS, INC. Disclaims any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any expressed or implied warranty of quality or fitness for any purpose.  No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the quality or suitability of this product for any use, is hereby made by DTS.  The buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting form the use of the goods.  Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for seller any other liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or effecting this disclaimer of warranty.  Included is said disclaimer is any service of re-manufacturing performed by DTS, on any product.
